About My Candle
Why Soy Wax Candles?
Soy wax is non-toxic and clean burning. Since it has no toxins, it is less likely to trigger allergies or produce black soot and it's eco friendly.
Can I Burn My Candle For More Than 3-4hrs?
It is highly recommended that you burn your candle no more than 3 to 4 hours but if you decide to burn it longer, pay attention to it to ensure it's performing well and always trim the wick in between burns.
Why Is My Soy Candle Not Smooth After Burning?
Our candles are made using 100% soy. It is common for the tops of the candles to cool and become rough/bumpy. This happens when the rate of cooling is inconsistent and unfortunately it's difficult to control once the candle has been lit and extinguished.
How Long Should A Soy Candle Last?
Soy wax candles are usually given a shelf life of 1-2 years. If you store them away from heat, light, and humidity, they should last longer and still burn well.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Please note that all orders have a processing time of 3-7 days before being shipped out.
Domestic Shipping:
We offer standard shipping with USPS which take anywhere from 2-7 days to be delivered.
International Shipping:
At this time we do not ship internationally.
My Tracking Number Isn't Working!
If your tracking number isn't working, verify that you typed it in correctly and then call the carrier associated with your order to get the issue resolved.

My Package Was Lost/Stolen
Once your package has left the facilities, Spark A Flame can not be held accountable for any lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages.
Please contact the carrier assigned to your order and see if they have any insight. If they are unable to assist, please email us at info@sparkaflamecandle.com so we can work with you to resolve this.
Do You Offer International Shipping?
At this time we do not ship internationally.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within 10 miles of 94531 . The minimum order for local delivery is $42 and the delivery fee is $8

What Forms Of Payments Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal - we do not accept cash, check, Venmo, Bitcoin, or money orders.
Why Was My Order Cancelled?
Although this rarely occurs, we will occasionally cancel orders under the suspicion of fraud. We have metrics in place to protect all of our customers and if flags are raised, an order cancellation may be necessary. If this does occur, we will contact you immediately with an explanation.
Spark A Flame reserves the right to cancel any order.
Returns
Can I Return Or Exchange My Order?
Spark A Flame doesn't accept exchanges or returns but if there is a problem with your order, contact us at info@sparkaflamecandle.com so we can help resolve the issue.
What If My Candle Arrived Damaged?
We take every precaution to ensure your candle arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible, however on rare occasion, breakage may occur in transit. If this has happened, please send an email to info@sparkaflamecandle.com with the following:
Photos of the packaging and candle if possible. Quantity of broken candles as well as the order number and we'll send a replacement ASAP.
Please ask for a refund OR a replacement If you feel your candle has a manufacturer defect. Please follow the steps above so we can solve your issue as quickly as possible.
Sending the above information does not guarantee you will receive a refund or replacement.

I Entered The Wrong Shipping Address! Can I Change It?
Unfortunately we cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already been processed or have gone out, and the U.S. Postal Service is not able to change delivery addresses once an order has been shipped.
Spark A Flame is not responsible for mis-delivered packages if the wrong shipping address was entered during checkout.
To change the address for orders that have not yet been processed please email info@sparkaflamecandle.com.
My Candle Arrived And Appears To Be Defective!
If your candle appears to be defective, send an email to info@sparkaflamecandle.com and include the description of the defect so we can get the issue quickly resolved.
Personalization
Can I Return My Personalized Product?
We do not accept returns for personalized products.
Does Adding Personalization Delay My Order?
Adding personalization does not delay your order.
Can I Add Or Edit Personalization Once My Order Has Been Placed?
Please carefully review your personalization request prior to sending it. Due to the volume of orders, we can not edit personalized items after the order has been received.
